How can I book a room online?
It's quick and easy as You may access our Reservations from all the pages of our web site. You just need to enter your dates of travel and the number of people, then you will see a list of room types and rates to choose from. Your reservation can be completed in a few simple steps:
- Choose the rate and the Room type you wish to book;
- Specify the type of accommodation you prefer, if your children are travelling with you and the total number of people;
- Fill up the reservation form with the personal information required and your credit card details. You will find our cancellation policies on our web site on the apposite page.
Your reservation is now made, you will receive to your email address a confirmation code you may use for all communications between you and the hotel. This code will be requested if you need to cancel the reservation made.
Why do I need to specify my credit card details?
Your credit card is requested only to guarantee your reservation. Any deposit will be taken before your arrival.
According to the hotel’s policies a penalty of one night room rate will be applied in case of no-shows and late cancellations.
Which is the cancellation policy of the Hotel?
Bookings must be cancelled by 48 hours prior to arrival (local hotel time) to avoid a penalty of one night room rate.
We will assess a fee of one night of your room charge if you cancel after this deadline, and in case of no-show.
If you do cancel within the above time limits your internet reservation, you will receive a cancellation number. If you fail to do so, please contact urgently your booking office (Tel: +39 06 68283713 or +39 06 68283717).
When am I going to receive a confirmation to my reservation?
Your online reservation, is accepted as you enter your credit card details. You will receive your reservation code and a summary of your reservation to your email address.
As for your availability requests, our booking office will get back to you within 2 working days.

Yes, you will receive a summary of your reservation, together with your reservation code, to your email address.
Is there any additional cost booking through this website?
No, any reservation fee is due for using our reservation system.
Does the Raphael Hotel accept all credit cards?
The credit cards accepted in guarantee for your stay are : American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Diner’s, Bankamericard, CartaSì, Eurocard.
The credit card details I gave to guarantee my reservation are valid, but the system is not accepting them why?
Please check if:
-The card type is not accepted by the hotel
-The credit card expires before your arrival date
-The credit card limit has been exceeded
-The details are correct but they are not accepted because of a system failure
How can I make special requests regarding my stay?
Special requests can be made while booking your reservation online by filling the “special requests” field on the reservation form. You may ask for a specific floor, view or room for both your reservations and your availability requests.
Our hotel staff will do its best to satisfy your needs, although we can not guarantee as all requests are subject to availability.
Our Children will be travelling with us, do we have to inform the hotel?
Yes, children under 10 years stay free when sharing their parent’s room.
The hotel can provide on request a crib for the parents room with no extra charge.
Extra beds are also available, paying them, and must be reserved before your arrival as not all rooms are suitable.
How can we find the way to get to the hotel?

No free shuttle bus service from / to the Airport is provided by the hotel.

At what time can I check in to my room?
Rooms will be guaranteed starting from 3:00 PM on the arrival day, and should be checked out by 12:00 upon departure.
If you only need to check your luggage, our deposit is always available for our guests.
For any different need please contact the hotel directly.
Our pet usually travels with us shall we have to leave it at home?
Small pets, with a maximum weight of 3 kg are usually welcome, we kindly ask you once again to inform our booking office as not all our rooms are suitable for your little friends.
Can I reserve more than one room at the same time?
Yes. Enter your arrival and departure dates to check the hotel’s availability, during the following step multiple room types will be available for your availability request.
